	MTLconsult is providing consultancy services to the European Commission as part of the Réseau Européen de Sécurité Alimentaire (European Food Security Network), responsible for monitoring the food security situation and providing policy advice for Malawi and Mozambique.
	MTLconsult is responsible for supervision of the IT components of the European Commission project to restructure the Windward Islands banana industry, responsible for the design and implementation of management information systems.
	MTLconsult was responsible for the design and implementation of a comprehensive trade information system under the Asian Development Bank project to establish TongaTrade, the new trade promotion agency for Tonga.
